At Veterans In Pain VIP, we are honored to partner with Override Pain Coaching to support our veterans suffering from chronic pain, with discounted access for VIP Veterans. 

Override is co-founded by former United States Secretary of Veterans Affairs, and VIP Advisory Council member, Dr. David Shulkin, MD who has been a part of Team VIP since it’s inception, and Jennifer Shulkin, Dr Shulkin’s daughter who inspired this platform through her own personal challenge and recovery. 

Veterans in Pain VIP Veterans will gain access to Override’s evidence-based chronic pain management coaching program to receive support and learn tools to manage pain differently and improve quality of life and physical functioning, while supporting the efforts of Veterans In Pain. 

The Override approach takes the latest in brain science and translates it into knowledge that veterans in pain can implement into everyday life. 

Override coaches are specially trained in the latest coaching techniques and in pain neuroscience.

They have experience helping even the most “stuck”chronic pain patients who have been in pain for years and haven’t found relief through any other methods. 

Override’s coaching program has 7 years of experience working specifically with veterans and has led to outcomes including:

- an 80% reduction in medication dependence

- a 70% improvement in sleep, function, and social outcomes, and

- a 9.7/10 average patient satisfaction score

● Basic package (normally $165/month), now $130/month: includes 1 individual coaching session/month; pain neuroscience curriculum, weekly group coaching, family support sessions

● Middle tier package (normally $275/month), now $197/month: includes 2 individual coaching sessions/month; pain neuroscience curriculum, weekly group coaching, family support sessions

● Standard package (normally $375/month), now $306/month: includes 4 individual coaching sessions/month; pain neuroscience curriculum, weekly group coaching, family support sessions

10% of your monthly program fee will go directly to help VIP veterans in pain.
