Veterans In Pain and its associating physicians are not declaring any regenerative or stem cell therapy as a cure for any condition, disease, or injury, nor due we declare such treatments are approved by the FDA for use for pain.  No statements or implied treatment options on this website have been evaluated or approved by the FDA.  This website contains no medical advice.  All statements and opinions provided by this website are provided for educational and informational purposes only and we do not diagnose or treat via this website or via telephone.  Veterans In Pain and its roster of volunteer physicians and their treatment facilities provide surgical procedures only and are not involved in the use or manufacture of any investigational drugs.

Veterans In Pain does not claim that any applications, or potential applications, using stem cells are approved by the FDA, or are even effective. Any reference to improvement in health or lifestyle is solely that individual’s experience and does not in any way such suggest results are universal. We do not claim that these treatments work for any listed nor unlisted condition, intended or implied, only that we offer the facilitation of an opportunity for each applicant’s introduction to a physician offering access to one of many additional treatment possibilities for the symptoms experienced by the applicant. It’s important for potential patients to do their own research based on the options that we present so that one can make an informed decision. Any and all medical records and information remains strictly between the patient and physician unless expressly shared by the applicant with Veterans In Pain. All medical information discussed will remain exclusive to the dialogue between Veterans In Pain and the applicant and will in no way be shared outside the confines of this communication. Once an applicant has been connected with a physician, it is the applicant’s responsibility to provide all requested information by the physician, to the physician, and to schedule and maintain scheduled appointments and treatment. 

No cost will be incurred by the applicant due to their inclusion in Veterans In Pain’s program. 

A submitted application does not imply acceptance. It is the applicant’s responsibility to exercise their own due diligence in surveying any physicians or stem cell protocols discussed or suggested by Veterans In Pain and release Veterans In Pain from any and all responsibility pertaining to negatively perceived results of treatment.  

Veterans In Pain is solely a facilitator between Veterans of the United States Armed Forces and physicians offering stem cell protocols without cost to those who have served. 

Veterans In Pain makes every effort to ensure each physician has operated within suggested FDA guidelines in opening their efforts to FDA monitoring and are made aware of the necessity to file an IND (Introductory to New Drug) with the FDA.
